Some people claim to actually see or feel the presence of their dead loved ones during All Saints Day, in the cemetery or at home. There was a story of a girl who failed to go home to their hometown one All Saints Day and instead opted to stay in her dorm in Manila. One night, her dead loved one visited her in the dorm, asking why she wasn't in the reunion at the provincial cemetery. She was alone in the dorm when it happened.
There was even a story where grand kids of the departed grandpa were playing near his grave when suddenly the adults saw that the kids seemed to be playing or talking with someone in the tomb. When they asked the kids who it was, they shouted, "Lolo!"
There are lots of stories like this during All Saints Day, a lot of which are unconfirmed. But one thing for sure--the dead cannot again come back to the world of the living. The bible, in "Lazarus and the Rich Man," clearly shows that the dead cannot go back to the living. They are not allowed. Once you die, you are judged and assigned a permanent place in the hereafter--heaven or hell.

Ghosts that make themselves felt or seen during All Saints Day are really evil spirits, NOT the souls of our dear departed. And in the eve of All Saints Day, and during All Saints Day and All Souls Day, real ghosts abound and make themselves felt and seen.
Are ghosts real then? Oh yeah, they are. But they are all evil spirits that fear the Name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Lord of all. Devils and demons fear Him. And anyone who is fully surrendered to Jesus can command ghosts and devils to run away at the mere mention of Jesus Christ,by the power of the Holy Spirit!
