A young lady came to me about a mischievous spirit in the garden where she works as a cook and house help. One day she was cleaning the garden when itches suddenly appeared all over her body. When told that it might be a mischievous dwarf she went back to the garden to "scold" the garden spirit.
This "dwarf" or garden spirit allegedly got the more angry and punished her. She "immediately" swelled all over with itch. Then she begged for forgiveness and according to her, right before her eyes her swelling and itch disappeared. When she came to me for questions, she then asked whether the garden spirit or dwarf was real. I said yes, and told her they're all evil spirits.
I told her the correct, Jesus- and bible-based procedures how to deal with such demonic influence the next time it attacks her.
1. Never apologize to demons.
2. Never obey their demands or fulfill their requirements to appease them.
3. Never consult mediums or spiritists or psychics. They sound like they know a lot of the spirit world, but they don't. They're deceived people. No one can know more than the Lord Jesus Christ. And you can only find His truth on things by meditating the Scriptures in the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.
4. Repent from all sins. If you have begged forgiveness from a spirit (garden spirit or dwarfs, or white ladies, etc.), repent in the Name of Jesus. It is a sin to find favor from these demons.
5. Surrender your whole life to Jesus through a sincere prayer.
6. Claim the cleansing and protection of the Blood of Jesus on and in you, and claim the power of the Holy Spirit to fill you, all in Jesus' Name.
7. Reject and rebuke the evil spirit in Jesus' Name.
To be sure, there is no definite formula on how to ward off garden spirits or dwarfs or any other kind of evil spirits. I always tell people to be led by the Holy Spirit. This means, submit to God and listen to what He tells you to do. But the above is a good idea how it is done.
Thus, I urged the young woman to do a summary of the above the moment she got back home--which she did.
Remember, Night Updater reader: all ghosts and other similar spirits and horror-story night creatures are nothing but demons and devils assuming other forms to deceive people--even so-called paranormal experts. Devils and demons are all powerless against the Lord Jesus Christ, the KING of kings and LORD of lords. All spirits bow down to Him. Even Satan is just a speck of dust under His feet.
